For two decades, JFAN has worked to prevent an explosion of factory farms from inundating Jefferson County and threatening its citizens health, property values and quality of life.

As a result, JFAN has a fraction of the hogs found in Jefferson and all six surrounding counties.

For the last 15 years, JFAN has worked collaboratively on state and national levels to advocate for stronger CAFO regulations that protect water quality, oppose pesticide immunity, and protect Iowans from the scourges of factory farming.

We not only fight the harmful stuff – we also support responsible, respectful and regenerative agriculture and traditional independent farming.

Our work is only possible through the support of grassroots donors like you.

The fight is getting bigger and tougher. But we’re tenacious. We don’t give up.

Your donation sustains our work on the local, state, and national levels. Support JFAN today with a tax-deductible donation and help us continue to advocate for a more healthy and just agricultural system.

Please consult with your personal tax advisor about any questions you may have about your donation. JFAN will send out receipts only for donations over $250 unless requested otherwise.
